The Admiral
Nov 3rd at 12:45pm The Admiral had no choice but come into the world. :) After a very fast labor the previous night & 3 hours of pushing we said bring on the forceps - 2 pushes later & out he came. But no wonder it took 3 hours....he was about 9 pounds! (8lbs 15 oz, 19 1/2 inches) Definitely a surprise to Luke, me & our doctor! The whole process wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be (actually easier then I thought) and the crappy part is afterwards when you get to have lovely stitches heal. But I already feel tons better and we're starting to fall into a schedule. We love our little guy & are so happy he's here with us at last!!

Congrats Deveny. We are so excited for you guys. How was labor and delivery? Did you have an epidural? It's an amazing experince isn't it!
