Every parent has the thought that their kid is the best, the smartest, the cutest, etc... And I'm no different. :)
I haven't done an update on The Admiral in a while, plus let's be honest - parents like to brag. Do you have a kid? No? Well, you will too. It's inevitable.
At barely 21 months The Admiral:
- Can say & recognize all the letters of the alphabet (not the song, he's not into singing yet)
- Can say & recognize numbers up to 10, although he started saying the 'teens' which we have no idea where he got that.
- Can say & recognize almost all major animals
- Vocab of 100+ words (I think we all know where that came from)
- Can recognize & say all major colors
- Starting to put together sentences
- Started sleeping in a real bed today (AHHH, can't believe it) without any issues or getting out
- Likes to flirt with women (waving with a coy 'Hey'; regular lady killer there)
- Entered the shy toddler phase aka clingy. Mr.'s poor mom got Admiral tears whenever she'd try to touch him. Oy.
- Tries whatever you put in front of him; the only thing he's not crazy about is ground beef/turkey & chocolate (he doesn't get sugar at home but daddy thought he might like to try some chocolate doughnut...apparently not)
- Loves his stuffed kitty & alligator
- Is my little chill guy; I honestly don't think we could have handled anyone but him while I'm working from home/Luke was at school. He's never given us grief over bedtimes, temper tantrums, eating or any other awful toddler behavior. So grateful for my little guy!

if he knew his address and phone number he'd be ready for kindergarten. you listed the requirements for entrance to kindergarten - ridiculous i know.
Cute, cute, cute. And that last picture of all three of you? Amazing. You are definitely one of those "hot" moms.
@Rach - Seriously? Dang, guess we'll be all set. :)
@Chelsea - Aww thanks!!
