We got The Admiral out of his toddler bed (previously crib) shortly before his 2nd birthday by simply placing a mattress on the floor. It's wonderful, no worries about falling off in the middle of the night and he's happy as a clam.
Dismantling the crib & putting it in the garage wasn't on our priority list though & it's not like The Admiral was even remotely interested in it any more.
So there is sat in the corner of his room..
Until we started finding this scene after every nap this past week.
Yes, he PULLS the mattress off, stuffs his animals on top and then puts the mattress back ON. I take back my post about animal rights activist...
I need to show him a less obvious way to hide the bodies.
